MASI Student Cyril Kennedy Awarded High Honour

Cyril Kennedy, a seminarian and reader of the Eparchy of Edmonton, was awarded the 2013 Governor General’s Silver Academic Medal for having the highest first-cycle GPA at Saint Paul University. Cyril was presented with his medal by Archbishop Terrance Prendergast SJ, Chancellor of Saint Paul University, at a ceremony which occurred on November 29, 2013.

Cyril is the third MASI student to win such an award, joining Fr Alexander Laschuk (Silver Academic Medal, 2010) and Subdeacon Dr Adam Deville (Gold Academic Medal, 2009).

We are very proud of Cyril, who has decided to continue his studies with MASI and is currently enrolled in the MA program. God grant you many years, mnohaya lita!
