What’s Happening at MASI this Week? 17 October 2013

Glory to Jesus Christ!

Another week has come and gone at MASI – the semester is over half passed us. This week our theology students are off for Study Week and we hope they are using the time to catch up on sleep and on readings. This gives the staff a bit of a chance to catch up on the excitement of filing, emails, and other correspondence. Our winter courses are finalized and available online; we’ve had a lot of interest, especially for our online courses – some from as far away as Uman!

Conference season is shortly around the corner, and myself and Fr Peter will be traveling a fair bit over the next month and a half. We are eagerly looking forward to Friday’s lecture by Fr Josiah: “St John Chrysostom for the 21st Century.” It should prove fascinating; please do try and come out! There are some other events coming up, so please mark your calendars and remember that our November fundraising drive is just around the corner!

God bless you all!

-Fr Alexander
